An avenue with big shopping centres filled with luxury brands to cater to every whim and fancy of the well to dos. Broad range of shopping experiences available. Many 'up-market' shops. A great way to spend an afternoon and evening.
Orchard Road is the place to be for shopping of every kind. No matter what your budget there's something for everyone. There are large Malls and smaller department stores, plenty of food outlets providing food from around the world. Orchard Road is also the road you'll walk along to reach the famous Raffles Hotel. This road is also on the main bus route, and the buses are clean, and I believe the best way to travel around and see the sights, but make sure you have plenty of change as the driver will only accept the EXACT money for your journey. Lots of Hotels on Orchard Road too, so you should be able to locate yourself here if you want to. Enjoy!
