How to use
- Present your mobile voucher at the designated counters at Narita International Airport OR Haneda Airport to receive your exchange order and reserve your seat.
Redemption
- Redeem your actual Shinkansen pass at the JR ticket office in Midori-no-madoguchi on any day before the selected travel date on your booking. Redemption and seat selection can also be done at the Shinkansen ticket machines in Midori-no-madoguchi.

How to get to Yumeyakata:
- From Kyoto Station (JR/Kintetsu), take the Karasuma Line to Gojo Station. Walk for two minutes from Exit 1 of Gojo Station.
- If you are taking the Keihan Train (Kyobashi), get off at Kiyomizu Gojo Station. Take Exit 3 and walk west for about eight minutes.
- If you are taking the Hankyu Train, alight at Karasuma Station and transfer to a subway train on the Karasuma Line to Gojo Station. Walk for two minutes from Exit 1 of Gojo Station.
Additional Information
- Please return the entire rented set to the store until 18:30 on the same day.
- Please wear clothes that can be taken off and worn back easily.
- During winter, you can wear inner garments with a low neckline and spats to prevent you from feeling cold.
- Rental of hair accessories is not available; however, there are many kinds for sale at the kimono rental shop.
